About Us

Owned and operated by local individuals with over 35 years of Nursing experience.

As a team we have agreed to come together to meet the needs of our clients who are homebound for short or long periods of time. We have committed ourselves and our PCHC homemaker/companions to provide sensitive and qualified non-medical care. We will improve the overall quality of life to our clients while they stay active in their home living environment.

Arlene Rudolph, RN# 1597662, ASN, CRRN, LMT, has 32 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.  She is a graduate of Felician College in Lodi, New Jersey. 
At the age of 13, Arlene was a Candy Striper at St Joseph
’s hospital in Patterson, New Jersey
At age 20, Arlene became a charge nurse in that hospital.  
Her background includes, orthopedic, pediatrics, medical surgical, home health, geriatric and rehabilitation nursing.  
She has worked in New Jersey
for St. Joseph, Riverside and St. Frances hospitals.  
Arlene received certification in Rehabilitative Nursing from St. Joseph’s hospital in Tampa
, Florida.  
She has worked in Community Health Care and at NorthBay hospital as a rehabilitative nurse since 1990.  Arlene is a resident of Port Richey, Florida. 


Tom and Lourdes Gambino moved from Bayshore, Long Island, New York to Pasco County , Florida in 1989.  
Tom is a business major from Palermo University in Sicily, Italy. He was employed with the American government during World War II.  
Lourdes
was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and upon arriving in Florida opened her first Adult Family Care Home in Port Richey, Florida.  
Currently, residing in Hudson, Florida
both Tom and Lourdes continue to provide healthcare services to the community.

Linda Montesano, RN# 9264389, ASN, hails from Brooklyn, New York and moved to Hudson, Florida in 1984.  
She was a Florida state certified Emergency Medical Technician and worked as a volunteer for West Pasco Fire and Rescue for over 11 years. 
She received her RN degree with honors (Phi Theta Kappa/President’s Club/Who’s Who In Colleges) from Pasco Hernando Community College
in Port Richey, Florida .  
She brings with her a background of cardiac/medical surgical telemetry nursing from Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida
Linda is also a CPR and First Aid instructor.
